No, regrettably I didn't get the number, Richard. The station staff's response to my complaint on the spot implied it was normal practice not to stop trains which were scheduled to arrive at TG before 10.30. Although I'm becoming a bolshie bugger these days, I couldn't be bothered to contact LU to complain about the practice. Is this standard or were the station staff fobbing me off with a facile excuse? |
