Hi David, I looked all over for the exact same thing two years ago (including Marmalade). In the end I went for a US based company (Laurie Sarah Designs). I had a clear design I wanted in mind, described it to them, they did a sketch, Computer Aided Design, and explained the full process. Even when the ring was made, they took photo's on a hand model and made more mod's for me. I couldn't recommend them highly enough (apol's for not going British!). I was so impressed that I ended up getting my wife two bespoke, but matching, wedding bands to balance out the ring. I also got her some bespoke earrings to match, and I got my bespoke wedding ring from them also. I'm sorry to say it but the US customer service is extremely difficult to beat. Regards,
