Obviously 999 if its a emergency. If the bike has already been stolen i am pretty sure that then falls to 101. I would also think 999 calls to a bike theft already have taken place would be put right down the list for someone to attend.

Andy will give the run down on that in case my thoughts are wrong.

At what point is a bike theft an emergency and not an emergency.
