| We ran out on 24th June and applied for more. Our money was taken on 25th. No vouchers have been received and a good deal more than 10 working days have elapsed. How do I chase up LBE ? I tried ringing the 24 hour help line but that seems just a series of messages . Does anyone know if there is a proper phone number where u can actually speak to someone? I cannot believe this is a difficult thing for LBE to perform properly. Thoughts and suggestions greatly appreciated. |
