| Personally I don't have a lot of time for the RSPCA, however, the fact is that they aren't the people who are cruel to animals or abandon them, that is down to the morons in the great British public who you wouldn't trust with a flea. The RSPCA in common with all other animal charities pick up the pieces idiots create. Until we have a really robust set of laws and a proper warranted animal welfare police force this will go on happening over and over. Unfortunately we have government more interested in hunting animals than protecting them. |
