| 'Elizabeth, Peter's phrasing was perfectly acceptable - there is nothing whatsoever derogatory about calling a Greek a 'bubble'. It comes from the cockney rhyming slang, 'bubble & squeak'. How is that in any way offensive, derogatory or racist? You're reading something into it which simply isn't there. |
