Dukes Meadows Summer Fun programme of free kids activities start next Sunday with Albert & Friends Circus Workshop, 11am to 1pm by the paddling pool, right next to the Food Market. Great way to spend a Sunday; al fresco lunch from our terrific range of ready to eat stalls, shop for fabulous fresh groceries and treat your kids / grandkids to some circus fun. 4 more free events over the summer including donkey rides and birds of prey flying display. The events are organised and sponsored by Dukes Meadows Trust; the local charity that built the playgrounds and planted the orchard, hedgerows and meadows. The Food Market is one of the trust's social enterprises that help pay to maintain the things the trust has built and provide free activities like Summer Fun.
