She will probably still be within a few streets of home. You must get flyers printed with photo, description and a contact number. Place these on all main roads and at the beginning and end of each street from your home.
When mine went missing for 3 days I was given good advice which was to go out at night when all is quiet - generally around 9pm or after. Call but stay still for a few minutes at a time and listen carefully. Mine eventually responded very quietly and I did not think it was a siamese but after calling his name again he was then much more confident until he was screaming to be rescued. He had gone into a garage and been accidentally locked in.
