| I haven't been for a few years now, but used to use Scott's Tours (www.scottsvisas.co.uk). They'll charge you a processing fee, of course, which you can avoid by doing it yourself and going to the Russian visa place in person, which is near Old Street/Barbican. The last time I arranged one you just needed an official letter of invitation, which any hotel you book with would provide. |
