The problem is Brian, if he was shot in the chest with a small calibre, sub sonic round, there is a good chance there would be no obvious sign of a shooting.Fat in the tissue could close the entry wound, and there would be no exit wound.Also, if the shot killed him immediately,there would probably be no bleeding or bruising either.So finding a man that had recently had cardiac surgery dead in his garden would lead most people to assume the death was due to that recent surgery.If he was wearing a shirt, there may have been a small hole, but that could have been the only clue, which could easily be associated with the mans collapse.
