Why do Argos make it so difficult to order diverse items for home delivery? I happen to need, simultaneously, a new printer and a new vacuum cleaner and as I assumed I could get both delivered by Argos I decided to throw caution to the winde and order a rotary clothese dryer at the same time. Reader, this proved impossible. Not all Argos stores stock all items and there is no overall system to enable one simoply to telephone a multi-item order order, pay for it by card and let them work out which of their stores/depots stockk the items.
I thnik I'll try John Lewis instead.
