If you look at the terms and conditions, you won't find a promise of 100Mbps anywhere. It will say "up to", or similar words. Evenings will be the worst time possible because the world and its dog in the local area will all be using the internet at the same time. It may be worthwhile registering a complaint as Virgin will need to periodically put in more capacity as people using more and more video download and streaming services will use capacity as fast as it is added. |
