| I have been with Virgin media Grove Park / Brentford exchange fibre optic, for years now and the service use to be good 30+Mbps.. Over the past 6 months I have been getting countless letters stating that as a valued customer my account has been super charged to 100mbps yet it seems to be getting slower. I just checked and I was getting 21.2mbps far short of what I'm paying for! 19.1 on Wednesday night with limited service. I have not contacted them yet but just thought I would throw the ball into the grass and check if I was the only one getting duped? Thoughts please.... |
