| Katy's advice looks first class. Maggie - when you changed the password, did you do so on the same PC? If possible, change the password on another device (e.g. laptop, home desktop, another work PC, mobile, tablet) and then test your work PC. This should work even if your cache or cookies aren't cleared. |
