| Hi Does anyone know what the requirements are to have a skip in a resident permits bay ? The reason I'm asking is - there's been one parked in our road for the last +6mths - and there are often no available parking spaces - so I think its a bit ridiculous that 1-1.5 spaces is being taken up by this skip ! But equally I guess - a parking warden can't exactly put a PCN on it! Any thoughts / info ? Thanks |
