| Interesting point you make about Ngon. They were invited to participate in the festival and market and declined. Pho is a family run business and not a chain in the league of say, Pizza Express. They are very keen to be part of the local community and play a role. When it comes to promotion for businesses around the market, those of you who attended the street food market may have seen the Nandos Chicken hopping around - they weren't involved in the festival but had every right to market themselves which they did with gusto and was well received. I will be gathering feedback over the next two weeks as well, it's important to get every angle on this. |
