My dear Mr. Payne,
You do not seem to understand what local newspapers are for.One of their main purposes, quite rightly, is to help people in the area.A young boy who lives in Chiswick has his bike stolen; it is probably, for him, a rather special bike.Chiswick W4 must have heard about it and I imagine that the editor is well aware that advertising the theft in as prominent a way as possible might increase the chances of retrieving it massively.and what, pray, is wrong or inappropriate with that ?
