Strange request, but recently a Finnish Friend of mine brought over some Finnish Rye Bread for me to try. I absolutely loved it, but have been struggling to find it anywhere here since. Everything I have found so far, is only about 50% Rye, or incredibly hard and tasteless. Clearly the Finns have something that hasn't caught on here yet! If anyone has any ideas, i'd be most grateful. |
