Curious.....every time the Freeview digital signal broke up this morning there was plane noise overhead and once the plane had passed over the signal came back fine until the next one came in towards landing at Heathrow. Never noticed it before but the connection between the signal break-up and the plane noise was definitely noticeable over the course of over an hour while I was watching BBC Breakfast on the News channel followed by the Andrew Marr Show on BBC1, and at least half-a-dozen planes (I wasn't counting them or the intervals between them but there were plenty coming in to Heathrow during that time period). |
