| I'm sure that Maria hasn't been banned. They don't do that but if someone makes a "reasonable complaint" they are temporarily suspended and pointed to the code of conduct which we have agreed to abide by and we are asked to confirm our details. There is a list of things which aren't acceptable. A line has to be drawn somewhere but when we are suspended our email address is blocked so we have to write by post. In my case the suspension was accidental and writing by post brought no reply or action. Some else got through to them by email and it was swiftly put right with apologies. "We are usually very efficient but this one escaped us" Maria's case was before my forum time and I'm not able to contact her but I'm sure that if someone can help she would be reinstated. |
