I've been here today for a training course and agree that it is a great location. Worth noting however that the function room is on the third floor, the bar area on the second and the toilets on the first.  Access to these different areas is by means of stairs only.  Access to the building is from the waterfront footpath. Not ideal if you have guests with mobility challenges.
