I appreciate your message Dan, and yes using the trees is a little silly, especially as there have been multiple times that I have seen some of the younger trees in Acton Green - which have been planted to make the park nicer - have had all their branches snapped fully off. Whether or not this was the trainers is yet to be seen, but I am sure fit or unfit people hanging off any kind of trees is not good. Please don't get me wrong, I am all for the community aspect of Chiswick hence living here for almost 14 years BUT if I started running my business from the park and offending people, being loud and obnoxious, in a pleasant, public place not to mention advertising it so blatantly, I would expect to be told to stop. The park isnt for commercial use - fair enough if its for one on one training. I think all trainers, not just Dan, should find the quietest corner of the park out of the way to train in and music should not be allowed. Meanwhile I'll get back to my pole-dancing lessons which take place around the lamp posts of Turnham Green park. No one would object to some T&A on Sunday mornings near the church would they...? |
