Does anyone else find something wrong with this headline that came through with the Chiswick newsletter? Massage parlours have always being associated with brothels and yet it is clear that this establishment is offering 'acupuncture, thai massage, swedish, deep tissue and foot massage' albeit without a council licence which therapists working in most London boroughs need. They have been fined but the reporting of it like this I find objectionable even though I have never set foot in the place. Is it known for being something other than a massage clinic? From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia For legitimate massage, see Massage. A massage parlor (American English) or massage parlour (British English) is the term commonly used as a euphemism for a brothel, an establishment that is actually a front for prostitution. |
