| I made a clam under a guarantee and "the company" resisted it by saying I should not have painted the wall (!) which had been treated by damp under guarantee so get it in writing that you can paint your wall with say emulsion paint.They probably resist any claim because there's nothing in it for them.Also ask what perecentage of clains do they process as opoosed to reject. |
