Sorry, just read the later thread: "Muzzling all dogs would not result in fewer dog bites and attacks because most dog bites happen in the home when dogs are left alone with children. Legislation could not and would not mandate for dogs to be muzzled in the home and, in any case, it could not be policed, in the same way that taking illegal drugs in the home is not policed. Muzzling a truly aggressive dog would be inneffective because the dog will rip the muzzle off very quickly." |
