| We have not had problems introducing new inmates, so long as they are the same sex. Keep them separate at first, so they can see/smell each other - and watch how they get on. Plenty of their favourite food/treats might take their minds off each other at first. Would help if they can be introduced in a run rather than a cage to give them more room in case of fisticuffs. Ours are free range minipigs so have a sizeable piece of garden and shrubbery to mess about in, which might have helped introductions. But one pig will become very lonely so certainly worth a try. |
