| Today the next but one neighbour moved out - thankfully as they were incapable of differentiating between rubbish that goes into our communal big wheelie bin and recyclable rubbish. They used Fantastic Cleaner services, who kindly dumped all manner of recyclable rubbish into the wheelie bin which is now completely full so none of us have anywhere to put our household rubbish! Is it unreasonable to expect an alleged professional cleaning company to know the difference? |
