| He is a good man Lorraine, but they/we would need some from the ranks of senior and middle management of various local authority/ public bodies / associated stakeholder groups because that is where the most 'vociferous' opposition will stem from, coz they know they have got it the way they want it, at the moment. Therein lies the rub, but wot do I know, i'm just a dumb, qualified teacher who currently spends most of his time caring for his lovely, highly disabled wife. |
