If you are going to quote from the article in the newsletter might be an idea to refer to it so people know what your are referencing.

The reality is this isn't new news as the probability of a public enquiry was known about some time ago. The only development is a rough date has been set for the hearing. Hard to see a judgment in which a large scale project is blocked to save a half empty office block.
