I endorse Claire's comments (I am a qualified pet insurance advisor): it is vital that you compare like with like when looking at insurance providers. The insurance market is a bit of a minefield. Any claims that you will make wil need to be submited by a vet, so check with your practice which insurers have been easiest for them to deal with. There are two excellent websites that offer comprehensive advice: http://www.which.co.uk/money/insurance/reviews-ns/pet-insurance/ ... and this which looks at claims made against pet insurers and has a good section on avoiding pitfalls: http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/publications/technical_notes/pet-insurance.htm |
