I had a ceramic hob ten years ago and, never, ever again. Slow to heat, slow to change temperature, a swine to clean without scratching. Do check that your pans are induction compliant. My expensive Wooll pans were/are not. Me, I went back to gas and have stayed there ever since - no wok burners available on induction hobs :-) |
