A man's bike was left near our office. I've reported it to the police. They said that they'll send someone around (that was 3 hours ago) to see if it has been marked and if the serial number matches anything on their records. If not, they can't do anything about because there are so many bikes reported stolen that there is no way they can match it. They won’t take it either.
