| Very happy for you and Barney - a wonderful outcome. We know the horrors of poisoning - this was an accidental spillage which the men said they had diluted and hosed away.. our cat walked through it and licked his paws. He was saved by a quick-thinking vet guessing at the deadly ingredient until the firm concerned established what it was.. but he was badly damaged, having fits controlled by daily pills and after 6 months he went into a fit which they could not stop. He had to be put to sleep. Such heartbreak to see an animal suffer. He was 14 years old - a real family member. Many moons ago now but the memories do not fade. Very happy Barney has come through XX |
