| If they are working and paying their taxes and nhs contributions, whats the problem? Many of them will be young and healthy and probably rarely need to use the nhs so their contributions support those of us who do use the service. The conservatives are stopping health tourists which labour allowed to get totally out of control. If the nhs needs to be propped up more and more the conservatives will ensure the benefits issues are fairly addressed and the message is made loudly and clearly to the scroungers |
