| On what basis can you say that (other than supporting your point of view, which doesn't automatically make anyone a good or bad person) given there's no clarity within the news article as to on precisely what basis a JR is being sought ?. Previous news articles had (to the best of my recollection) hinted that any JR challenge would be based upon the applicant's failures to engage with local residents. The latest news story now makes it clear that any such challenge relates to a supposed failure on the Council's part regarding the statutory notification exercise on the application, although as I say quite what failing isn't explained at all. Maybe he has a valid point regarding that supposed failing, it would be interesting to know precisely what that supposed failing is. Adam (who you probably think is a bad chap !) |
