| I recently bought a small Acer laptop/tablet, but I've somehow managed accidentally to get into a situation where I can't turn it on. When I press the power button for a few seconds, the only thing that appears on the screen is a background picture with the message: 'Slide to shut down your PC'. If I do nothing, it shuts down anyway. Can anyone suggest either some method of getting it started (maybe a combination of keys that I don't know about) or a local place that I could take it to for help? Any suggestions gratefully accepted. |
