Indeed, given the MoD cutbacks, that would probably be a quick way to eliminate the British arms companies entirely, Then we would be wholly reliant on overseas companies to supply our defence needs and have zero influence in where arms were sold. So I would not vote for an MP who put forward such a silly proposal. |
