The job of an MP is to represent the views of their constituents and so it is up to Mary Macleod to say how her relationship with Raytheon is a result of the views of her constituents.

I would vote for an MP who restricted arms companies operating in the UK and British arms companies operating anywhere in the world to only be able to supply arms to the British Ministry of Defence and not any other customer.

This would mean that at least the electorate could have influence on both the financial support for the arms industry and the way in which the arms are used.
