| I really can't understand what you mean: that flyover is on-way. If you have a left hand drive you might miss the right, if you have a right hand drive you might miss the left. With equal probability let me add. The fact of the matter is that the flyover is narrow and if you are not used to it you might get caught: your passport is irrelevant. Let me add that the only plates I see - very annoyingly -trying to enter the flyover from the left, past the access pillars, are clearly yellow. I can't comment on the passports of their owner. |
