We are an independent, not-for-profit voluntary group to support the doctors and staff of the Chiswick Health Centre in their efforts to maintain and improve the healthcare services they provide to the local community.
Joining us is FREE– and if you value your access to the National Health Service via a convenient local health centre, then we both urge you to join yourself and to encourage as many others as possible to join us as well, particularly now when the system is changing, government budgets are tight and some cuts to services will inevitably have to be made somewhere.
