| Sad news of another great soul singer of the 60s passing away yesterday. Often thought of as a one hit wonder (per the attached) great song that it was and despite all the stories of it being released with the wrong backing track, he also did many other great southern soul type ballads across the years. In particular "Take time to know her" and "It tears me up" are well worth checking out, plus he remained a great live performer till the end. P.S.
