Sam

Many thanks for your reply as afar as Subway are concerned their Pollution has made my life a living hell with their Noise and Odour pollution into my home, from 7am to 10.30pm 7 days a week for over 9 months and it still continues.

When the applied for retrospective planning for their refrigeration units 10 ft away for my door and windows I objected and asked Cllrs Davies, Lee and Thompson to call it in to CAF - they did nothing which surprised me !

Gemma Bassett of LBH approved the retrospective planning even though I had sent her photos, she knew about the Pollution yet she still gave her consent which was solely her decision - what more can I say ?

This seems to be a commonplace situation whereby Businesses apply for and get retrospective Planning but Residents get the thin end of the wedge when it comes to Planning issues.
