Apologies for my slow update and thank you to everyone for their kind words and offers, I can't believe how many of my friends are keen readers of the site! So Milly had ran out of Chiswick House down to the Thames, how she managed to cross the road, is beyond me. Henry the kind gate locker -upper at Chiswick House allowed me to say in the park till gone 9pm which was very kind. We then had to go home with no dog, which was terrible, then at Midnight we had a call from this lovely couple who had found Milly on the beach by Pissaro ( what used to be) in fact their one year old dog had found Milly , they were taking her for one last walk before bed, Milly was soaking wet and very distressed, but safe and sound. I loved being able to use this site for help and the help offered to me, made Chiswick feel like a real community, so thank you again.
