| "is it too much to hope that the driver would pull the vehicle over where its safe to park and make sure the cyclist is OK? Hmmmm" I find replacing 'bike' with 'buggy' and 'cyclist' with 'child' helps with assessing the severity of this sort of thing. The driver has a legal duty to stop and report the accident. |
