It's no good just aerating it if it's permanently over shadowed.You need to cut back the trees to get some sunlight to it otherwise it's only the moss that will grow.After the trees have been cutback, you should turn it all over with a rotovater, lay down some drainage, sand or hardcore and then re-turf it |
