| Georgie,the gp's in your area are mostly signed up to an out of hours service which runs from St Charles hospital which is near to you At St Charles they have 4 fully equipped surgeries complete with gp's and nurses, They can also arrange prescriptions and home visits if necessary.Phone your gp's number and your call will either be diverted, or there will be a recording giving you instructions on how to get medical treatment.They do get very busy on bank holidays, but if your surgery is covered by them, they will be able to help you.It's a great service.I used to be the Operations Manager there. |
