Yes, my dogs like the biscuits too Will. But when you get a letter from them saying you owe them quite a bit of money on a closed business account, you think you have sorted it out by phone and letter and they tell you you have - in writing, and then you get another letter saying just the same a few months later, so you go in to see them and they say it was an error and it is all sorted, and then you get yet another later again a few months later which they finally admit is a computer error on their part, that is more than annoying. And when you phone up customer services and they say. 'Wew, what you want us to do then' and I said other banks give compensation for the hours of time spent sorting their mistakes and they say 'Wew, I don't fink you're entitled to nufink' you have to review whether it is the right bank for you. In justification, when I emailed their customer services department they did give me a £20 voucher but I am now just waiting for the next letter...what a saga.
