Probably not!  It's strange isn't it that if you compare to other CEOs of big grown up, commercial entities it's very easy to find detailed biographies of them yet the public sector big-wigs shy away from divulging their qualifications - Mary Harpley was apparently with McKinseys, which is impressive, although the broad range of sectors she seemed to advise is a little unusual but then maybe she was only there for 5 minutes.  Also I can't say I'm aware of any great achievements over the last 4/5 years since she's been in post?
