Well, all we've got in replies from one of our useless, spineless representatives in Isleworth in response to various queries about handing over a previously publicly accessible open space for grazing horses, is how the council have to save millions from their budget. So by saving (they claim) around £2000 on grass cutting (yeh right) that'll solve a few financial problems - not! This council have abdicated their responsibilities in almost every area and handed the running of various departments to officers under delegated powers, so what's the point of electing anyone let alone the money they all cost us? Oh! I do wish they'd name this 'talent', because from where I am there's precious little competence let alone anything even approaching 'talent'. |
