Hi Georgina, can't help in terms of time etc but you might want to check out the Grove Park Toddler Group at St Paul's Church not too far away from you in Grove Park Road. They meet on a Tuesday afternoon 2-4pm & there is a really large garden with lots of outdoor toys etc. There were several mums with twins who used to go when I ran it & it is now run by a lovely group of mums, most of whom would be very local to you so good for moral support too :) Feel free to DM me if you want any more info etc.
